MasterChef Sri Lanka — Season 1 (Pre Production )
As Head of Post Production, Engaged during the critical pre-production stage of a heavy-format reality series to build its technical foundation. I designed the complete post-production ecosystem from the ground up—engineering the workflow architecture, DAM systems, editor KPIs, and collaborative editing pipelines specifically tailored for a demanding 15+ camera setup. Additionally, I drove early audience engagement by producing and editing the series' application callout videos and multi-platform promotional campaigns for telecast and social media.
