Head of Post Production during the pre-production stage for a 25-episode, 15-camera reality series. Designed the complete post-production department, workflow architecture, DAM systems, folder structures, naming conventions, and collaborative editing pipeline. Built promotional materials and trained the post-production team before filming commenced.
