Served as Head of Post Production during the pre-production stage — responsible for designing the entire post-production ecosystem before filming commenced. The scope covered approximately 15+ cameras recording simultaneously, over 30 isolated audio channels, and 25 episodes of 60 minutes each.

Developed the comprehensive Post Production Manual defining every stage of the workflow. Created Video Editor's KPIs to measure performance and quality standards. Designed Daily Checklists to ensure consistent output across the team. Built the complete Technical Setup & Workflow including enterprise-scale storage and backup strategies, standardised metadata and archive procedures, and efficient collaborative editing pipelines for multiple editors working in parallel.

Created all promotional materials and trained the post-production team on tools, workflows, and quality standards.

Worked on the world's first ever military reality show as a Graphic & Animation Artist — a groundbreaking production that required innovative visual solutions for national broadcast. The ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 Series Trailer Campaign — a high-profile national broadcast project — received a State Award nomination, marking a defining moment in the broadcast career. Also contributed graphics and animations for the Bradby Shield, the oldest school rugby fixture in Sri Lanka, along with numerous sports, drama, documentary, commercial, and promotional content productions.

Beyond graphics, worked in the busiest department of the station — the NEWS department — as a segment editor covering all three languages (Sinhala, Tamil, and English) for the main news bulletins.
